Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, makeup free, deodorant free, smoke free, stain free and with tags still attached.
You’ll also need the delivery confirmation receipt for proof of purchase and a picture of the item(s) attached to the same email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

It is at the discretion of Refined Cowgirl to deny a return if the merchandise is in a condition showing damage or use by the customer.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Damages and issues
Please let us know within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date if your order upon receiving it, is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you, while supplies last! Please make sure you also include order number.
Non-returnable items
unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, earrings or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us and let us know, return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded with a store credit in the form of a gift card, which will be emailed to you. The store credit will only be given for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges. We will not issue a credit for returns after the specified date.
